Dr. McGrogan earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She then continued on to the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and completed her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Finally, she completed her orthodontic residency and the master of Science in Oral Biology at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
Dr. McGrogan operated her own orthodontic practice near Pittsburgh for 17 years. She is proud to have such a long history of providing a full spectrum of orthodontic treatment for her patients. She stays on the cutting edge of orthodontic treatments and advancements and exceeds the state-mandated continuing education requirements. Aligners must be worn 20-22 hours per day throughout treatment in order for them to do their job. If you don’t wear your aligners as directed you might negatively impact your results, and make your orthodontic treatment process longer.
